Products and Services
Holistic Health Online offers a range of health items and services.
All Orgonite products are custom made upon order. Please allow up to 40 days to receive your order. The artisan handcraft process takes time to make and package and ship, and if you are not in the USA, your order will come from Morocco. If we are not dealing with a large amount of orders we will normally get your package to you earlier than 40 days.
All supplements are from the manufacturer and in most cases are shipped within 72 hours from ordering.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but we do not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, reliable, or error-free.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept payments through major credit cards and other specified methods. Your payment information is processed securely and will not be stored or shared by us, except as necessary to complete your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Tracking numbers will be sent to you when they become available. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refund & Return Policy
Orgonite: If you wish to return your items for a refund, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the date you received it, provided the item is not broken or damaged and is wrapped in bubble wrap packaging with the corners protected and well cushioned.
Orgonite Return Process:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Obtain a tracking number for your return shipment and email it to us for tracking purposes.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Details:
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund amount will be for the order amount minus the original shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies, and we will notify you.
